A 31-year-old Ithaca man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a 13-year-old near the Seneca Street parking garage, according to The Ithaca Voice.
Zachariah Waite faces three misdemeanor charges, including sexual abuse, child endangerment, and public lewdness. He was jailed Sept. 4 and released the next day. Police are still investigating and urge anyone with additional information or concerns to come forward.
If convicted, Waite could face up to one year per charge.
