A crash investigation in Seneca Falls led to drunk driving charges after the driver left the scene.
Police arrested 42-year-old Jeremy S. Richards on September 10 following a motor vehicle accident in town. Officers say Richards was found to be intoxicated behind the wheel.
He now faces two charges: driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher.
Police released Richards with an appearance ticket. He’s scheduled to answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court.
