A Seneca Falls woman is facing charges after police say she was driving under the influence of drugs during a traffic stop Wednesday night.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, 31-year-old Tarissa S. Mayo was pulled over around 8:20 p.m. on September 3. Officers determined Mayo was impaired by drugs following a roadside investigation.
She was charged with driving while impaired by drugs and issued a ticket for operating an uninspected motor vehicle. Mayo was released at the scene with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
