Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following a reported domestic incident involving property damage.
Angelo Bosco, 57, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody March 17 at 11:02 p.m. without incident, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Officers said the arrest stemmed from an investigation that found Bosco damaged another person’s property without permission.
Bosco was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony.
Police transported Bosco to the Seneca Falls Police Department for processing before taking him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
