Police arrested a man after an investigation led back to a disturbing incident reported last November.
Andrew William Flock, 20, was taken into custody early Friday morning at a home on State Route 96 in Shortsville. He’s charged with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say the offense happened on November 1, 2024. Flock is currently being held in the Ontario County Jail while he awaits arraignment.
The case remains under investigation.
