A Bath man was arrested earlier this week following a reported domestic incident that led to multiple charges, including endangering the welfare of a child.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office says 31-year-old Alexander R. Hulfish was taken into custody on August 19 at Brookwood Estate. Deputies allege that Hulfish unlawfully restrained another person, physically stopped them from calling 911, and put a child at risk during the incident.
Hulfish was charged with unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
