After nearly 20 years leading Arc Wayne, CEO Dave Calhoun will retire at the end of 2025, according to Finger Lakes Times.
Melissa Kumkey, the agency’s current COO and a 30-year veteran, will step into the top role starting Sept. 1. The nonprofit, which supports 1,700 people across eight counties, says Kumkey’s experience made her the clear choice.
Calhoun spent 43 years serving people with disabilities and helped guide Arc Wayne through major growth and a pandemic.
