A convicted felon from Rochester is facing new charges after a string of vehicle break-ins in Livingston County, according to WHAM.
Deputies say Richard Robson, 39, stole items from multiple cars at a business on East Avon Road on July 28.
Robson was arrested Monday and charged with grand larceny and two counts of petit larceny. He remains in custody due to previous felony convictions.
