Police arrested a 66-year-old man after a pedestrian was hit and left injured in Sidney last week, according to WICZ.
Investigators say Mark A. O’Neill was charged with reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of a personal injury crash.
He also received a traffic infraction for failing to yield in a crosswalk. O’Neill is set to appear in court later.
