An empty Wayfair call center in Big Flats just sold for $990,000 after sitting vacant since the pandemic, according to WETM.
The 60,000-square-foot property drew multiple bidders before a Brooklyn-based investment group closed the deal following a three-day auction.
The buyers haven’t revealed their plans, but the building offers plenty of flexible office space.
