A new Byrne Dairy is set to replace the former TK Tavern in Camillus, which closed after a 2023 fire, according to WSYR.
Demolition will begin once National Grid disconnects gas service, clearing the way for a 4,200-square-foot store with a deli and gas pumps. The project was delayed by FEMA approval due to the property’s location in a flood zone. That green light came last month.
If construction stays on track, the new Byrne Dairy could open by year’s end.
