Waterloo woman arrested after stealing from SF business

A 76-year-old Waterloo woman was arrested Sunday afternoon after police say she stole merchandise from a business in Seneca Falls.

Ida M. Aldridge was taken into custody by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department at 12:37 p.m. on August 3. She faces one count of petit larceny, a misdemeanor.


According to police, Aldridge took items without attempting to pay. Authorities did not specify what was stolen or from where.

She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court to answer the charge.
