A Wayne County woman was arrested for driving drunk with her two young children in the car, according to police.
State Troopers responded to a disturbance on July 27 in the Town of Ontario and found 30-year-old Lindsay A. Brewer in a vehicle, visibly intoxicated. She was charged with two felony counts of aggravated DWI for having children—ages 6 and 1—on board at the time of the stop.
Her vehicle was impounded, and she was arraigned before being released to a sober third party. Brewer is scheduled to appear in court on August 12.
