A deadly crash on Krums Corners Road in Ulysses left one man dead and a woman injured, according to the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office. The single-vehicle rollover occurred around 5:09 p.m. on July 23 when the driver lost control heading northbound.
The driver, 25-year-old Melanie Seneriz of Ronkonkoma, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Her 23-year-old male passenger from Deer Park was critically injured and later died at Cayuga Medical Center.
Authorities say the crash remains under investigation, with charges possible. Multiple emergency crews, including the state police and local fire departments, responded to the scene.
