FLH adds 5 new primary care providers across the Finger Lakes

A growing number of families in the Finger Lakes won’t have to wait weeks to see a doctor anymore — thanks to a wave of new providers joining UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health.

The health system announced the addition of two new family medicine physicians and three new physician assistants, further expanding access across Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties.

Two new doctors join local practices

Dr. Madison Hill and Dr. Michael Kozlowski have officially joined the FLH network.

Dr. Hill is now seeing patients at Soldiers and Sailors Health Center in Penn Yan. She completed her family medicine residency at UPMC Williamsport and earned both her medical degree and master’s from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Kozlowski has joined Seneca Family Health Center in Waterloo. He trained at UMMC Batavia through Rochester Regional Health and attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida.

Three new PAs expand patient access

FLH also welcomed three physician assistants to its primary care team:

  • Stephanie Husnay, PA-C, is seeing patients at Geneva Primary Care. She completed her PA studies at St. Bonaventure University after earning a biology degree from Utica University.
  • Lille Schanck, PA-C, is now practicing at Lifecare Medical Associates in Seneca Falls. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania.
  • Melissa Wrobel, PA-C, joins Dr. Sixto Medina at the Clifton Springs location. Like Husnay, she received both her undergraduate and graduate training at St. Bonaventure University.

Systemwide growth, closer care

With these additions, the primary care network now includes nearly 50 providers across nine locations — a major step in reducing wait times and improving access to care throughout the region.
