A 29-year-old Auburn woman is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop in Seneca Falls on Friday.
LaQuasia Berry was arrested by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on July 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, and aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18 or higher. She was also charged with consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating without a license.
Berry was processed and released on an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
