Deputies with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Geneva man on Tuesday evening following an investigation into a domestic incident reported earlier in the week.
Bradley R. Gage, 48, was taken into custody around 8:54 p.m. on July 23 at 47 Lakefront Drive in Geneva. He was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred on July 19 in the area of Walgreens at 431 Route 5 and 20 in Geneva. Authorities did not release further details about the nature of the violation.
Gage was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Geneva Town Court at a later date.
