Deputies arrested a Lyons man after he was accused of stealing a ladder from a work site, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Joseph Gonzalez, 26, of Montezuma Street, was charged with petit larceny following an investigation into a reported theft on Tucker Court.
Authorities allege Gonzalez took the ladder from a job site.
Deputies issued him an appearance ticket after the arrest. He is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on August 5 at 8:30 a.m. to answer the charge.
