Deputies arrested a Rochester man Thursday morning after he failed to appear in Canandaigua Town Court, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Stephan Leach, 49, was taken into custody without incident at 9:02 a.m. on a bench warrant issued by the court. The Gates Police Department assisted in the arrest.
Following his arrest, Leach was transported to the Ontario County Jail. He is being held there awaiting arraignment in CAP Court.
The warrant stemmed from a missed court appearance in the town of Canandaigua.
