A traffic stop in Seneca Falls Saturday morning led to the arrest of a man now facing felony impaired driving charges.
Police arrested Jacob A. Hubbs, 29, of Seneca Falls, on July 5 at 10:45 a.m. following a roadside stop. Hubbs was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, elevated to a felony due to a prior conviction within ten years. He also faces charges of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree and failure to use a designated lane.
Officers released Hubbs with an appearance ticket and traffic citations. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
