Waterloo man arrested for violating court order

A Waterloo man was arrested Thursday night after allegedly violating a full stay-away order of protection, according to the Waterloo Police Department.

Officers say Raul A. Guallpa-Tenezaca, 44, was taken into custody around 10:39 p.m. on June 26. He is accused of contacting the protected party by phone, in direct violation of the court order.
