A 20-year-old homeless woman was arrested in Bath on June 11 after deputies executed a warrant for felony criminal mischief.
Mikayla Cox was taken into custody by Yates County Sheriff’s deputies on W. Williams Street with assistance from the Bath Police Department, according to the sheriff’s office.
Authorities charged Cox with criminal mischief in the second degree. She was transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await CAP arraignment.
