Traffic light project to slow Corning traffic Sunday

Drivers in the Town of Corning should expect lane changes and delays this Sunday, May 18, as crews install a new traffic light, according to WETM. The work will affect traffic on state Route 352, one of the area’s busiest roads.

Installation begins at 6 a.m. at the intersection of East Corning Road and Route 352, with flaggers managing traffic flow throughout the day. The project is expected to last into the midafternoon.

Officials urge motorists to plan ahead and drive cautiously through the work zone.
