Residents of Penn Yan now have a new option for primary care as UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health expands its services.
On May 1, UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health announced the opening of Keuka Health Care, a new internal medicine practice located on the second floor of the Medical Arts Building next to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital at 418 North Main Street. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., accepting new patients 18 years and older, and offering same-day and telemedicine visits.
“UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is committed to providing our community with more access to primary care. We are proud to partner with established providers who are well known and trusted in the community,” said André Forcier, Assistant Vice President – Physician Network.
The practice uses MyChart electronic medical records and accepts most insurance plans. Appointments at Keuka Health Care can be scheduled by calling (315) 531-2320.
UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health operates a full range of acute and long-term health care services across Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties, including two hospitals, four long-term care facilities, and multiple specialty and primary care practices.
