A Farmington man was taken into custody after failing to appear in court for a drug-related charge dating back to last fall.
Pablo Soto-Burgos, 51, was arrested on April 13 by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on an active warrant. The warrant was issued after Soto-Burgos did not appear in court following a November 2024 charge for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
Authorities say Soto-Burgos was initially released with an appearance ticket after the incident but failed to follow up in court, prompting the warrant. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Court.
