A man was arrested early Tuesday morning after deputies found cocaine during a traffic stop in Farmington.
Deputies from the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office took Rafael Rodriguez, 52, of Rochester, into custody on State Route 96 at 12:24 a.m. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
According to the sheriff’s office, Rodriguez was stopped by deputies and found to be in possession of cocaine. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Farmington Town Court.
The arrest was made by Deputy Zambanini.
