A Savannah man faces charges after a February crash on Route 31 in Galen led to a drug-related driving investigation.
Deputies arrested 28-year-old Evan M. Morrin after a blood test revealed he was under the influence of drugs at the time of the February 18 crash. The incident occurred on State Route 31 in the Town of Galen, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Morrin was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and moving from a lane unsafely. He was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and released. Authorities said he will appear in Galen Town Court to answer the charges at a later date.
