A Waterloo resident was charged with petit larceny following an investigation into a theft at a Seneca Falls business, police said.
The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Carter Puylara, 23, at 11:47 a.m. Sept. 10.
Police said the petit larceny charge is a misdemeanor.
Puylara was released with an appearance ticket and is expected to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
