The Village of Bloomfield Zoning Board will hold a public hearing Sept. 24 on a variance request tied to a proposed two-car garage and front porch at 51 East Main St.
Property owner Kenneth Martin is seeking adjustments to existing side-yard variances and a new variance for the front-yard setback. The requested changes would allow construction of an attached two-car garage and front porch.
The property is identified on the tax map as 68.13-1-34.200.
The hearing is scheduled for 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, at the Town Hall, 99 Main St. in Bloomfield.
Members of the public may attend the hearing and offer comments on the variance request before the Zoning Board.
