Seneca Falls resident faces felony charge after domestic disturbance

Seneca Falls resident faces felony charge after domestic disturbance

A Seneca Falls resident faces a felony criminal mischief charge and two other counts following a domestic disturbance, police said.

The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Craig E. Henries, 44, at 12:56 a.m. Sept. 10.

Police charged Henries with third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E felony; criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a Class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation.

Henries was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

Police said an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
