A Palmyra woman has been arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated following a crash in the Town of Macedon, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Deputies responded to a property damage accident and arrested Marcy A. Keown, 64, of Walworth Road. Authorities say Keown was driving north on Walworth Road when her vehicle veered off the roadway and became stuck in a roadside ditch.

Keown was suspected of driving under the influence and consented to a blood test, which showed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.33%. She was charged with aggravated DWI, speeding, moving from a lane unsafely, preliminary breath test refusal, and driving to the left of pavement markings.

Keown was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in Macedon Town Court on March 11.
