Cornell University Police arrested two individuals from Flushing, Queens, after discovering 42 forged driver’s licenses during a traffic stop in Ithaca. Cheolmyeong Woo, 36, and Lunzhen Chen, 27, were taken into custody on February 10 and charged with criminal possession of an instrument in the second degree.
Authorities also cited Woo for operating a vehicle without insurance and an equipment violation. Following their arrest, both individuals were transferred to the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
