Culture Canna Co., the first legal cannabis dispensary in Steuben County, is preparing for a soft opening in mid-February at 90 E. Market St. in Corning.

The store, co-owned by locals Mark Kamandulis and Matt Coley, will offer in-person sales, home delivery, and online options, with a grand opening scheduled for April 20.

The dispensary will sell cannabis flowers, vape pens, extracts, and edibles, aiming to match the upscale aesthetic of Corning’s historic Market Street.

Culture Canna Co. follows the city’s 2021 approval of dispensaries and precedes another location, Union Chill Cannabis, expected to open later this year.
