An Ontario woman has been charged with driving while intoxicated following a property damage motor vehicle crash and subsequent traffic stop, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies arrested Malinda J. Fuhrmann, 66, of Stonehedge Drive on the evening of January 10.
Authorities responded to the scene of the property damage crash and determined that Fuhrmann had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
Fuhrmann was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ontario Court on February 5 at 1:00 p.m. to address the charges and related traffic violations.
