The Waterloo Police Department reported the arrest of a 31-year-old Auburn man on December 29 at approximately 5:00 p.m. on a warrant for second-degree criminal mischief.
Fabriciano A. Canales was taken into custody in connection with an incident on August 15, where he allegedly caused damage to a victim’s property exceeding $1,500.
Canales was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment. Following court proceedings, he was released on his own recognizance.
