A longtime Ithaca office just packed up after more than half a century downtown, according to The Tompkins Weekly.
The Tompkins County Department of Assessment began operating March 16 from a new site in Lansing. The move shifts services to 31 Dutch Mill Road with free parking and easier access.
The relocation supports the county’s Center of Government project, with another department expected to join the space in May.
