A quick turnaround will bring fresh life to a closed Seneca butcher shop, according to the Finger Lakes Times. Bostrom Farms Butcher Shop sold just days after shutting down, with Tamberlane Farm stepping in as the new owner.
Chase and Amanda Brown plan to reopen the Routes 5&20 business April 11. Chase already worked with Bostrom Farms as a hog farmer and beef supplier.
Some employees will stay on, and the new owners aim to keep the same quality and service. Tamberlane Farm focuses on locally raised, hormone-free, antibiotic-free beef and pork.
