A Seneca Falls man was taken into custody early Monday morning following an alleged domestic dispute that turned violent, according to local authorities.
Robert C. Nageldinger was arrested around 3:09 a.m. on December 30 after Seneca Falls Police responded to a reported physical altercation at a residence. Investigators say Nageldinger allegedly punched a female victim multiple times in the face and choked her during the incident.
Nageldinger was charged with harassment in the second degree, a violation, and criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor. He was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department before being transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he awaits arraignment.
