A Seneca Falls man was arrested Saturday afternoon following a domestic disturbance that resulted in property damage, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Jacob A. Hubbs, 28, was taken into custody at 12:35 p.m. on November 16. Police say Hubbs damaged a television and a security camera during the altercation at a local residence.
Hubbs was charged with one count of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor. After being processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department, he was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Authorities have requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim. The Seneca Falls Police Department continues to stress the importance of seeking help and using available resources to address domestic conflicts.
