A 19-year-old from Walworth has been arrested in connection with the theft of multiple golf carts from Blue Heron Hills Golf Course. Christian R. Lynn faces charges of Grand Larceny in the third degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities allege that during the night of July 27-28, several juveniles broke into the golf course’s cart barn and stole multiple golf carts, causing damage to one of the vehicles and parts of the course. Lynn is accused of arriving later with another juvenile to steal a cart of his own. The juveniles, all aged 15, were arrested and issued appearance tickets for Family Court.
Lynn was taken to Wayne County Jail and awaits arraignment in CAP Court following his arrest on October 13.
