A Seneca Falls woman was arrested late Thursday following a domestic dispute in which she allegedly threatened a victim with a knife.
Tanya M. Rush, 37, was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Police Department on Oct. 10 at 11:08 p.m. after authorities responded to a report of a dispute at a residence. According to police, Rush menaced the victim with a knife during the altercation.
Rush was found in the nearby Village of Waterloo and arrested without incident. She has been charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony.
Rush was processed and transported to the Seneca County Jail, where she awaits arraignment on the charges.
