A Canandaigua resident is facing charges of petit larceny after being arrested in connection with a series of thefts from a West Avenue business, according to police.
Joseph A. Legrett, 37, was taken into custody on September 20 at 7:24 p.m. after an investigation revealed he had stolen merchandise from the store on multiple occasions. Authorities responded to a report of theft, leading to his arrest.
Legrett was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
