Dansville celebrated its athletic heritage Friday night by inducting four standout athletes into the district’s Athletic Wall of Fame. The newest honorees are Stacy Allen, sisters Kate and Sarah Mosca, and Jim Welch Jr.
The induction took place during halftime of the Homecoming football game between DWC and Pal-Mac. Each inductee received a plaque for display, a personal copy, and a commemorative jacket.
Allen, a 2003 graduate, earned 14 varsity letters and multiple championships in cross country and track. The Mosca twins, class of 2013 valedictorian and salutatorian, were record-breaking swimmers with state titles. Welch, class of 2005, excelled in cross country, swimming, and track, setting school records and earning MVP honors.
