A Waterloo woman was arrested on charges of aggravated harassment after allegedly sending threatening messages to a victim. Kaylee N. Howcroft, 37, was taken into custody by the Waterloo Police Department on July 25.
The arrest occurred around 6:47 p.m. following a complaint that Howcroft had sent intimidating messages earlier that day. Authorities responded swiftly, and Howcroft was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
During the arraignment, an order of protection was requested to safeguard the victim.
