A Waterloo man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a rear-end collision on July 25. Tyshawn D. Bice, 51, was taken into custody after Waterloo Police determined he was operating his vehicle under the influence.
Authorities reported that the accident occurred at approximately 8:23 p.m. when Bice allegedly rear-ended another vehicle on the road. Police discovered Bice was driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08%.
Bice received several uniform traffic tickets for following too closely and two counts of DWI. He is expected to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
