Police say a Seneca Falls man was taken into custody after he attempted to steal town property.
Timothy M. Tandle, 41, of Seneca Falls, was arrested late on August 2, 2024, after police observed him attempting to steal property belonging to the Town of Seneca Falls. Officers from the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department apprehended Tandle at approximately 11:40 p.m.
Tandle was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and attempted petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
