Deputies say a Wayne County man was taken into custody after a physical altercation with his ex-girlfriend, which left the victim injured.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Bryan Morales, 40, following a domestic incident in the Town of Arcadia. The incident occurred on July 28 on VanAuken Road, where Morales allegedly pushed his ex-girlfriend to the ground three times, causing her physical injury.
Deputies arrested Morales for third-degree assault. He was held for CAP arraignment before the presiding judge and is set to appear in the Town of Arcadia Court for further proceedings.
The investigation is ongoing, and the sheriff’s office has not released additional details about the victim’s condition or the circumstances leading up to the incident.
