Joseph was born on April 22, 1971 in Geneva, N.Y. The son of Angelina and the late Joseph Midiri. He graduated from Geneva High School in 1989. He went on to earn an Associate Degree from FLCC in 1991 and a Bachelors Degree from Suny Albany in 1993, graduating Cum-Laude. He later went on to earn his paralegal certification from Adelphi University. In 2007 he graduated from Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan. Joseph was a dedicated and determined person. In his early years he worked at Wegmans and the ice-skating rink, as a rink guard. He later worked with Reid Holter in Victor as a paralegal along with other Attorneys in Albany. His last 12 years were spent working as an Attorney for Midey, Mirras and Ricci. Joseph was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish where he taught religious education and a lector. Joseph took pleasure in collecting newspapers, books, old pictures and other antiques. His recent passion was a 1965 Chrysler Newport, which he enjoyed cruising around in. In the warmer months, he could be seen riding his bike around town. He loved being an attorney, going above and beyond for his clients. Joseph went to Wegmans daily, grabbing his lunch, newspapers and enjoying a good conversation with people he knew. He enjoyed his family, attending his nieces’ events, always bringing flowers. Joseph was a very kind and warm soul who will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his mother Angelina; brother Patrick (Janica) Midiri; sister Theresa (James) Laird; nieces Nicola Midiri, Christina, Allison and Olivia Laird; two cats Big Boy and Maggie; aunts, uncles and cousins.
