The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Carlton M. Fleming, 50, of Newark, for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on the night of May 24.
Deputies charged Fleming with DWI and having a BAC of .08% or greater following a traffic stop in the Town of Lyons. Fleming’s BAC was determined to be 0.14% after a breath test at the Sheriff’s Office.
Fleming was processed and released on traffic tickets. He is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on June 18 at 8:30 a.m. to answer the charges.
