The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Tonya M. Rothenburgh, 45, of Williamson, on May 24 following a vehicle and traffic complaint.

Deputies arrested Rothenburgh for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and DWI with a BAC of .08% or greater. The arrest followed a report that Rothenburgh had left her residence while intoxicated. Deputies located her vehicle at the Speedway in Williamson, where an investigation confirmed her intoxication. Rothenburgh’s BAC was found to be .12% after a chemical test.

She was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and released on appearance tickets. Rothenburgh is scheduled to appear in the Town of Williamson Court on June 19 at 4:00 PM to answer to the charges.
